This district consists of the portion of Wake county, North Carolina containing the cities/towns and planning jurisdictions of:
- Apex
- Cary
- Garner
- Fuquay-Varina
- Holly Springs
- Morrisville
- The portions of Raleigh south of I-40
The district also includes any additional areas of Wake County that are outside of any municipal planning jurisdictions and also south of I-40. It would not include any areas of the above listed communities that are outside of Wake County.
